Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs how orders can be placed, payment methods, and cancellations on AVTstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. Payment Options

AVTstore offers multiple secure payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards. Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways.
• Bank Transfers: Payments via local or international bank transfers are accepted; the order is confirmed once payment is verified.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders within the UAE. The full amount must be paid to the delivery agent upon receipt.

Note: AVTstore does not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely via payment partners.

2. Placing an Order

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and verification.
2.2 AVTstore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment issues or verification failure

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Out-of-stock items

3. Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; AVTstore reserves the right to cancel or modify orders before shipment.

4. Order Cancellation by Customer

4.1 Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team at sales@avtstore.com or via phone +971 562602066
4.2 Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; the order must instead follow the Return & Refund Policy.
4.3 Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation by AVTstore

AVTstore may cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Stock unavailability
• Pricing or product description errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Failure to complete payment

Customers will be notified via email, and any prepaid payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

6. Changes to Payment or Purchase Options

AVTstore reserves the right to modify available payment methods, COD eligibility, and related terms at any time without prior notice.
