Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date you purchase. If 7 days have passed since you purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Eligibility for Refund
- The product may be returned if it has a manufacturing defect, does not match the description, or if the customer changes their mind, provided that it is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Packaging must be intact and original.
- The item must not be worn, damaged, or tampered with.
All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product fails to meet the above criteria.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges after an order has been dispatched. If you need to change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Proof of Purchase
To process any return or refund, valid proof of purchase is required - this may be a receipt, purchase order, or order confirmation email. Without this, we will be unable to proceed with a refund.

Return Shipping Fees
UAE Returns
For customers within the UAE, AVTstore will arrange free return collection for eligible returns. Customers will not be charged for the return courier service.
GCC Returns (excluding UAE)
For customers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar, AVTstore will cover the return courier charges if the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping Returns
If you're shipping your return, please ensure that the item is safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Items that are used or returned in a damaged condition may not qualify for a refund.

Our business is registered at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE.
Return Address
Eligible returns are processed at our return facility in Dubai: Al Zarooni Building, Ayal Nasir, Deira, Dubai, UAE. Customers will receive return instructions before sending an item back.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Please note: processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
