Our return policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

- Packaging must be intact and original.

Proof of Purchase
To process any return or refund, valid proof of purchase is required - this may be a receipt, purchase order, or order confirmation email. Without this, we will be unable to proceed with a refund.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or as store credit, depending on your preference.
