3.2 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
3.3 In case of a pricing or description error, AVTstore reserves the right to cancel or correct the order. You will be notified and given the option to reconfirm or cancel your purchase.

4. Orders and Payment
4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2 Payment options include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
5.1 AVTstore delivers within the UAE.

5.3 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
6.1 For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6.2 AVTstore does not control or guarantee these fees. Customers are advised to check with local authorities prior to ordering.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
7.1 Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to inspection.
7.2 Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Consumables, software, and personalized products are non-returnable.
7.3 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
7.4 AVTstore reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
7.5 Orders may be cancelled by the customer before shipment. AVTstore may also cancel orders for stock unavailability, errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
8. Warranty
8.1 Products include the manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8.2 Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
8.3 Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
8.4 Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. AVTstore reserves the right to direct claims to the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
