- Free Delivery on all orders above AED 250 within the UAE.
- For orders below AED 250, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

- UAE Deliveries: Expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Please note: Delivery times are subject to product availability and order verification.

4. Order Processing Timeline

- Orders placed on business days before 12 PM are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- Once confirmed, you'll receive an order summary and tracking details via email.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery. Please note: Additional fees may apply for reshipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

9. Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Need to make a change? 
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, once the order is processed and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
