1. Delivery Coverage

• We proudly ship across the UAE and GCC countries, offering fast and reliable delivery on photography, video, audio, and professional production equipment. Shop with confidence and get your gear delivered wherever you are.

2. Shipping Fees

• Free Delivery on all orders above AED 250 within the UAE.
• For orders below AED 250, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• For orders shipped outside the UAE, including GCC countries, shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

•  UAE Deliveries: Expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• GCC Countries: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier schedules, and customs clearance requirements.

 Please note: Delivery times are subject to product availability and order verification.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped to GCC countries may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other regulatory charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.

Please note that such charges:

* Are not included in the product price or shipping fees
* Are assessed by the relevant customs and tax authorities of the destination country
* Must be borne by the recipient

AVTstore neither determines nor collects these charges and is unable to provide estimates. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations and are encouraged to contact their local customs authority for detailed information prior to placing an order.

5. Order Processing Timeline

• Orders placed on business days before 12 PM are processed the same day.
  
•  Orders placed after 12 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  
• Once confirmed, you'll receive an order summary and tracking details via email.

7. Tracking Your Order

8. Missed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery. Please note: Additional fees may apply for reshipping.

10. Cancelling or Modifying Orders

• Need to make a change? 
  You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, once the order is processed and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
